How do I register for an event?

Simply navigate to the Events page, select the conference you wish to attend, and click the "Register Now" button. You will be guided through our secure online registration and payment form. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.

Are there discounts for students or groups?

This depends on the event. For example, the "Education Futures Conference" offers a discounted student price. Any available discounts (like "Early Bird" pricing or group rates) will be clearly listed on the specific event's detail page.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Refund policies are set per-event. Generally, a full refund is available up to 14 days before the event start date. Cancellations within 14 days are typically non-refundable, but you may be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please check the specific event's terms and conditions.

How can my company become a sponsor?

We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold sponsorship packages with a range of benefits, from logo placement to exhibition stands and free delegate tickets. You can learn more by downloading our sponsorship brochure or by contacting us directly.

Will presentation slides or recordings be available after the event?

Yes. As part of our conference resource sharing, all registered attendees will get access to a secure portal where they can download presentation slides and view event recordings (when available) after the conference has concluded.

What are the requirements for attending a virtual conference?

You will need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari). All streaming and interactive sessions are web-based, so no special software is required. We will email you all the necessary links a few days before the event.
